The centrepiece of this transformative investment is the integration of a cutting-edge, world-class manufacturing line. This state-of-the-art addition propels the site’s capacity to an impressive 60+ million bags per year. Peak Packaging’s commitment to meeting customer demand swiftly and efficiently is underscored by the implementation of this dynamic manufacturing line, ensuring legitimate site contingency, flexibility and quality.
In addition the UK facility has received a comprehensive upgrade to its air system. Boasting new energy-efficient compressors and a high-volume cleaning system, the site continues to deliver high-capacity Class 1 food-grade air without compromising machine efficiency. Notably, the introduction of a sophisticated air control system optimizes air generation based on demand profiles, drastically reducing waste generation and aligning seamlessly with Peak’s unwavering commitment to sustainability.
