Peak Packaging UK  is a leading manufacturer of liners and fitments for bag-in-box bags ranging from 1-25 litre and liners for intermediate bulk containers (IBCs -stell and plastic pallet containers). Established in 1992, having celebrated over 30 years in business, Peak UK are based  in Derbyshire  serving the UK, Europe and ROW.  We also supply products via a network of agents and distributors.

We have accrued experience and knowledge of liquid processing in a wide range of industries, supplying UK and overseas customers in the dairy, beverage, liquid egg toiletries, cosmetics, beverages and bio products sectors.

Our portfolio of liners and fitments has evolved to meet the needs of our customers and the tough demands of industry bodies. We offer a complete range of standard liners compatible with all types of  bag in box applications and IBCs/Pallet containers currently available, including the new generation of space saving containers.

Our standard range includes pillow, easyfill and form fit cube liners. We also offer a bespoke liner service which is personalised to your processing requirements. Our aim is to offer a personal service which is both proactive and responsive.

Peak offer own-design fitments (such as valves, glands , caps and spouts) which are manufactured in-house on company- owned injection-moulding lines, and which are tested for integrity integrity and food-hygiene quality of all elements of the liner are guaranteed. We can also offer a range of fitments for product protection.

Peak is accredited to British Retail Consortium (BRC) standard, to FDA/IMS regulations. All Peak liners and fitments are approved for direct food contact. For clients in the cosmetics and personal care sector we also work to meet the requirements of Pharmacopoeia standard.

As an independent liner manufacturer we work with many container suppliers and have gained market knowledge from around the world.
