We produce quality liners in a range of specifications to best match the requirements of the industries we supply into – for example different film grades, specific to your industry. With over 30 years of experience we know the challenges and issues your industry may face. Peak take Quality assurance extremely seriously and undertake a wide range of production testing to ensure products supplied are fully fit for purpose including air pressure tests, drops tests, peel tests and force tests.
Peak Packaging UK spare no expense in the procurement of world class manufacturing equipment. Production lines are optimised to produce efficient and safe liquid packaging. Peaks BIB centre of excellence is a testament to the highly trained and experienced workforce that utilise this specialist equipment.
Testing and Quality Assurance
- Traceability is ensured – meeting the demands of BRCGS and other GFSI or supplier standards
- Product quality is ensured – through total control of the manufacturing process
- Bags are produced on state of the art equipment in Grade AA facilities
- Following established procedures and regulations
Exceeding tough/exacting industry regulatory standards
- Burst destruction tests, hold air tests, drop tests and peel testing performed
- All Peak products are strictly subject to migration testing and food compliance laws
- Micro Biological testing is carried out in line with FDA requirements
The air generation and supply of compressed air for our Bag-in-Box production site is filtered via multiple cleaning towers to ensure class 1:2:1 – suitable for direct food contact . This is tested every 6 months according to ISO8573:1 standards.
Air generation, filtration and supply are accurately controlled though state of art industrial control systems to avoid waste generation and energy efficiency.
