A 'clean-room-within-a-clean-room' environment houses the UK's most up to date 1000 litre liquid liner manufacturing machine. Fully automated and computer controlled, this vital piece of equipment produces 1000 litre liquid liners to many different specifications in terms of material type, fitment type and fitment placing.

Whenever we develop a new product, whether internally or customer led, we subject every facet of its construction to intensive and rigorous testing. This includes full analysis of raw materials to ensure compatibility with the filling product, as well as "on-the-road" testing to ensure that the product is fit for purpose.

During production, a minimum of one liner per batch, or every 200th liner, we produce is taken to our designated test area for "test-to-destruction". It is this attention to detail and level of inspection which separates us from the competition, and gives us the confidence to fully guarantee all of our products. |
Efficiency in manufacture is a key issue to Peak Packaging and at all times we limit and minimise waste generation. In demonstration of our commitment to the environment, last year we recycled over 25 tons of waste material, generated through product testing and R&D.
